Shipping Policy:

We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days from the time your order is received.

Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

You can cancel your order that hasn't entered the shipping process yet for a full refund. As soon as the Shipping Confirmation with Tracking Number has been e-mailed to the customer the orders are not cancelable anymore.

Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return any item for a product refund under the following circumstances:

1) Item was received damaged.

2) The incorrect item was shipped.

Upon the receipt of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item back to our warehouse, we will issue you a refund for the product cost. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

The customer will pay the return shipping cost.

In some cases, we will accept a digital proof of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item you have received and initiate the returnless refund or replacement process.
